How to Initiate a Return

We've made our return process as frictionless as our cleaning tool. Just follow these simple steps:

  Contact Us: Email our support team at support@clearreach.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to make a return.

  Get Your Instructions: Our team will respond within 24 hours with the exact return address for our US-based facility.

  Ship It Back: Send the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will process your full refund immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your safety is our priority. If your ClearReach™ arrives damaged, defective, or breaks during normal use within the first 90 days, do not return it. Simply email us a photo of the issue at support@clearreach.com, and we will send you a brand-new replacement kit completely free of charge.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to process. The funds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal).

Important Notes

To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned with all original parts and accessories (including the microfiber pads). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Our fulfillment center works fast to dispatch orders, so once an order has been shipped and a tracking number generated, it cannot be canceled, but it can easily be returned under our 90-Day Guarantee.
